Milica Kaplarević, Master of Economics, is employed at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Kragujevac, and pursues doctoral studies at the Faculty of Economics, University of Kragujevac. Since 2012, she has actively participated in the implementation and administrative-financial monitoring of international projects under the FP7, IPA Adriatic, H2020, Erasmus plus, and Horizon Europe programs, as well as several projects funded by national programs. She is a member of the finance working group within the international COST program project – BESTPRAC. In 2019, she obtained the license of a certified accountant from the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Serbia. Milica is part of the organizing committees of international conferences: SICAAI2023 (Kragujevac, 2023), SICAAI2022 (Kragujevac, 2022), BIBE2021 (Kragujevac, 2021), ICCB2019 (Belgrade, 2019), FABULOUS2016 (Belgrade, 2016), BIBE2015 (Belgrade, 2015). Her areas of interest include corporate finance, foreign exchange risk, accounting, carbon accounting, and ESG reporting.
