Dr. Dejan Jovanović is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Kragujevac. He teaches Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Environmental Management Systems at the undergraduate level, and Strategic Management Accounting and Budgeting & Control at the master's level, as well as Sustainability Accounting and Integrated Cost Management at the doctoral level. He successfully defended his doctoral dissertation in 2017 on "Management Accounting Support to the Process of Environmental Management". With a portfolio of over 55 scientific and professional papers, he is also a co-author of the monograph "Integrated Reporting – A New Model of Corporate Reporting." Dr. Jovanović is a member of the Scientific Society of Economists of Serbia, serving on the editorial board of the journals "Economic Signals" and "Management & Economics Research Journal." His areas of expertise encompass environmental accounting, non-financial reporting, ESG reporting, integrated reporting, carbon accounting, cost calculations, and integrated cost management.
